1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with Slap Yo City Print Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Slap Yo City Print Shop provides custom printing and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom vinyl stickers and decals

  • Die-cut, kiss-cut, and specialty stickers

  • Banners, signage, and printed graphics

  • Design assistance and proofing services

Services may change without notice.

3. Order Process & Pricing

Ordering

  • Orders must be placed through our website, invoice, or approved written agreement

  • Prices are based on size, quantity, materials, and production method

  • Payment in full is required before production begins

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise

  • Shipping costs are calculated separately

  • Prices and promotions are subject to change

4. Design Files & Proof Approval

File Requirements

  • High-resolution artwork is recommended (300ppi+)

  • Common accepted formats include PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, and SVG

  • Customers are responsible for file accuracy

Proof Approval

  • Digital proofs are provided prior to production

  • Approval confirms accuracy of spelling, layout, sizing, placement, and design

  • Production begins only after proof approval

  • Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges

Slap Yo City Print Shop is not responsible for errors approved in the final proof.

5. Production & Shipping

Production Times

  • Production timelines begin after proof approval and payment

  • Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Rush services may be available for additional fees

Shipping & Local Drop-Off

  • Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout

  • Once an order is released to a carrier or completed via local drop-off, responsibility transfers to the customer

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage

6. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party processors

  • Accepted payment methods may include credit and debit cards

  • Failed or reversed payments may result in order cancellation

  • Refunds and reprints are handled per these policies

7. Intellectual Property & Artwork Rights

Customer Content

  • Customers retain ownership of their artwork

  • Customers grant Slap Yo City Print Shop permission to reproduce submitted content solely for order fulfillment

  • Customers warrant they have legal rights to all submitted materials

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing:

  • Copyrighted or trademarked material without permission

  • Illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content

  • Content that violates third-party rights

8. Quality & Manufacturing Variations

We use professional equipment and quality materials. However:

  • Colors may vary due to monitor differences and printing processes

  • Minor variations in cutting, alignment, and materials are normal

  • These variations do not constitute defects

9. Reprints, Returns & Refunds

Because all items are custom-made:

  • Orders are non-returnable once approved

  • Reprints are offered only for verified manufacturing defects caused by us

  • Claims must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photo documentation

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours

10. Limitation of Liability

Slap Yo City Print Shop’s liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the information necessary to process orders and provide support. Payment information is handled securely by third-party processors. Customer data is not sold. Please contact us for data access or deletion requests.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Policies at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Indiana.
